Low blood pressure & swelling

My mom got a new blood pressure cuff, so she constantly wants to play with it. Today I said my feet & hands are swelling up. She insisted we take my blood pressure. It's 102/65 with a pulse of 89, should I call or is this a normal bp?

My bp is always low but I have swelling. The midwife is never concerned. Might be worth going to check if u have protein in ur urine.

id worry about the blood pressure if its high and your swollen cause thats pe but id still check with your doctor and maybe do a 24 hr urine
