mastitis AND thrush

Anyone ever have both these at the same time? I do right now. I have severe cases of both that flared up overnight. I'm bedridden. In excruciating pain from head to toe.

If you've had it before... were you able to breastfeed after? I can't get any milk out and am terrified my supply will diminish

I'm just getting over mastitis. I couldn't imagine having both at the same time. I can tell you that the boob that has/had mastitis milk production has been reduced. But I've read that if you keep nursing and pumping on that side as well as drink lots of fluids it should increase.

It sucks so bad I had both at the same time and I couldn't produce milk after I finally got rid of it

What about babies and thrush?

Babies with thrust have to be treated with an antibiotic. It's a yeast infection of the mouth.

I think my baby has it but he isn't fussy after eating @kailiasmomma05

Baby will have white patches in his mouth and possibly a bad diaper rash. @_kaykes

I had both and I quit because of the pain. I couldn't handle it. I hope you have better luck!!! I'm sorry your in pain

@ashes he doesn't have a diaper rash
