I'm having my second boy and neither of them shall be circumcised. My sons 3 on 29th Nov and when I asked my doctor about cleaning under his foreskin I was told not to, just let him do it when he's older as there self cleaning. I have cleaned it twice though (before seeking professional advice), but he's never had any trouble at all with it
