c-section officially scheduled for November 10.
I have 24 days! Yay! In a little over a month, I will (hopefully) begin to feel like myself again. And....I really do hope I get that selective amnesia everyone talks about getting after the birth of their child...I HATE being pregnant.

Selective amnesia: You forget everything you go through the minute you see your baby.
I have gestational diabetes, which results in bigger babies, and my husband is VERY tall, so my son, at 34 weeks, is already the size of the average new born, according to the level two ultrasound I now get every week...by the time I have my c-section, he will be close to ten or eleven pounds. I also have anemia, I am strep B positive, (and allergic to most anti-biotics) and have an abnormally long and narrow cervix. in the beginning, the "plan" was to try laboring for 8 hours, but a c-section was always a possibility....the largness of my son just made it so I skip even trying to labor.
