I'm 2 weeks 5 days pp and all I'm doing so far is slow walks pushing baby in stroller, he loves it! I've lost 20 lbs. I need to lose 15 more to be at pre preg weight. I'm still really scared to do real exercises yet. @naliibby2 I'd like to know if it hurts to?
no didn't hurt @ all .. I would wait a lil longer though if ur only 2week pp.. better save than srry.. I had a really good recovery though too I say whenever u feel confy go for it.. u know ur body.. just dnt over do it. enjoy ur lazy times while u can lol
