mothers milk tea questions!

Do I need to ask my pediatrician before using it? How often do I drink it? And how long till it starts working??

    Mine instructs 3-5 cups a day unless otherwise "prescribed". I wouldn't feel the need to check with a doc unless I'm taking meds that might interact with the herbs in the tea. It's all-natural, though. Not sure how long it takes to work; I'm still pregnant.
