has anyone ever had a baby born with small nasal passages were it effected there breathing

My daughter is two weeks old has that problem when she was born she was rushed into the nicu few hours after being born cause she couldn't breath on her own stayed there for about ten days.. just came home Fri and she gets Reallo bad were she can't breath good its makinI life so hard..
