Opinions Plz!! Possibly back labor...

Ok so I'm 36+3 & I got woken up by horrible lower back pain. its been going on for over an hour now I've taken Tylenol and no help or relief. no matter how I sit or stand can I get relief. and it hurts so bad I can't tell if I'm contracting or not. was in preterm labor at 30 weeks and have had false labor for 2 days now. Help plz ladies....

Im in the same position, preterm labor and everything, my baby dropped and I started have horrible back pain. I'm gonna talk to my doc tomorrow about it. Bump*

It could be that or pressure on ur tail bone causing it does the pain go away after u drink a ton of water and lay down??

Could it be baby on sciatic nerve? That can feel like back labor. Also it can cause diarrhea which can make you think it's labor. I had that problem around 33 weeks. It was horrible. I did do many exercises to get her to move position . Nothing helped for me. She eventually moved positions days later!

Thanks ladies. I believe it was false labor that started in my back as I'm unfortunately at risk for back labor this go around bc my last u/s he was sunny side up. I have been up since 1 am and its now 7:30 am. My back finally eased off a tad and contractions started and naturally about the time I decided to go in bc I couldn't take it anymore they disappeared. Think I'm gonna try to sleep til my other 2 kids wake up. Thanks or your advice ladies.

My daughter was sunny side up. Luckily I had no back labor. Hope you have the same luck!:) Also I tore but just a second degree tear, not too bad. **** labor dust ****

I had horrible back labor w/ my 3 prev. Pregs. When I had true contractions, instead of settling down low in the front - the pain went to my lower back. All babies were flipped the wrong way up. They said it probably had soomething to do with my tilted uterus.

I'm expecting it again this time around....lucky me!
