Im 37+5 and my doc has never checked to see if im dilated of effaced and i havnt had a scan since i found out the gender so i have no idea how big he is! Wtf wat if something is wrong? Am i just over reacting?did Anyone else's doc not check?

Sometimes wen u have a smooth pregnancy with no complications they will do that, they feel everything is fine. I only had 2 us my whole pregnancy and didn't get checked till 37wks. No u not over reacting cuz we wanna kno wats going on wit our babies but u can ask them to check u!

its depends on the doctor..w/my first I never got check..and had only one ultrasound

I kno every doc is different.. i asked him to check but he said he's not gonna check b cuz ive had a normal pregnancy

I won't get checked,have another ultrasound, or check babies position till 38 weeks. Its rather annoying but hey, what can you do.
