Best diaper cream?

What diaper cream works best for youre lo? Please help, my 2 week old has the worst diaper rash, I keep her as clean as I can but it's still there, I don't like seeing her in so much pain when I wipe her, I guess the johnson diaper cream isn't working...

Woo! i found some butt paste I had laying around the house, so i used it, and not even 24 hours later the rash is gone yay happy baby!
