my last chance :(
I'm scheduled for a c-section on Tuesday, but my OB agreed to let me try a VBAC if I went into labor on my own before then. Well, she's on-call today so it's my last day for a chance at a VBAC. I had a two hour false labor session last night and I'm praying something will happen today. My mom arrived yesterday and she's is a retired l&d nurse and LC, so she is going to help me with a few home methods. The plan...stairs, then DH and are going to do the deed, then an enema, then more stairs, and the exercise ball. Please send me labor dust and any tips you have to get the ball rolling!

If you do decide to do it I suggest a table spoon every few hours starting first thing in the morning and keep active. I also had a hot bath as thats supposed to help, I only got out the tub an hour before the contractions started. And went for a little walk in the morning (too hot to go far)
I never thought I would desperate enough to try it, but so glad I did. Also try sitting backwards on a kitchen chair leaning forward, it helps open your pelvis and get bubs in a good position (my bubs was posterior till I started contractions)
Since your overdue if you think you can handle any negative side effects you should give it a try. My sister did it at 5 days over and woke in the morning with contractions. She didn't end up needing to poop but did need to vomit through true night.
