Back pain after a C-section

I was wondering is it normal to have back pain after a c-section, I'm 3wkpp & my back is killing me, it gets worst if I stand to long or if I don't sit upright(arch in my back) I had the epi & spinal(3times) so maybe that has something to do with it, my pain meds don't even help! Just wondering if any of u ladies experience this & if so what u did for relief?

Im 3 1/2 weeks pp n my back hurts also....feels like a constant dull ache...I use a heating pad
