My blood pressure is 143/91. I have been really light headed the past 2 days and dizzy. What do I need to do? I read you are suppose to call the doc if it gets like that and I am having headaches what to do? Need some fast help ladies please!!!!!!

Normal np for me is between 108-115/62-77

You need to call the Dr. ASAP if that's high for you. It could be a sign of preclampsia. I had it and they sent me to labor and delivery right away.

Lay on your left side to lower blood pressure drink water and I would call your doctor! Im sure being nervous isnt helping:( goodluck lady be careful!

I had the same thing happen just slightly higher. No preclampsia. It took about two days of staying on my left side and cutting down on sodium and sugar. It stayed kinda elevated until a few weeks after I had my daughter.

Lay on left side and hydrate, just like Laurenmarie729I said relax!! And call doc if it doesn't help. Good luck and again, relax i know so much easier said than done!
