It's baby day for me! **update and pic**
I'm scheduled for my c-section at 7:30 a.m. EST! I was hoping I would go into labor on my own as my OB was going to let me try a VBAC if I did, but it didn't happen. So in just a few hours our baby girl will be here!

Carmela Delora was born at 8:04 a.m. on 10/25 weighing 7#4oz and 20.5 inches long.
Well, my c-section went pretty well. After my c-section my on told me she could tell I had been laboring the night before b/c my uterus was paper thin, I was completely effaced and dilated to 5 cm...it was probably going to be her birthday anyway
The only problem I had was that I had a high and dense spinal block so I was numb from my toes to my head, so I wasn't able to talk or swallow which was frightening and my blood pressure dropped several times which made me very nauseous and dizzy...they gave me some meds to bring it up. I had my daughter in my arms and on my breast 30 mins after she was born. I also had the itching reaction to the spinal which lasted for about 20 hours. They gave me benedryl and nubain to help with the itching and it didn't really help. I'm on my third day since my c-section and having some pain, but taking motrin and percocet help. Overall, it's been going pretty good
