I am 38 weeks and I have this horrible cough and I can not stop peeing my pants when I start coughing. I have been wearing a pad cause normally its just a little squirt of urine. I am getting do tried of peeing myself. It doesn't matter if I just went pee, and emptied my bladder or not. Most times it a little squirt and a pad holds it fine, but not always. In the last 3 days I have full blown had to change my clothes at least 4 times. I don't know what to do and how to make it stop.
Any suggestions?

When I was in my first trimester and always throwing up I would pee on myself lmao but idk so bump

Besides doing kegels I don't think there really is. Not sure sorry... Just one of the sucky parts of being preggo. Maybe ask your Dr?

Can you ask your Dr for some type of bladder control pills???

Did they give you a sheet with s list of meds on it that you can take while pregnant? I know on my list there was a cough syrup but I don't remember which one..I don't like taking meds period. So I didn't keep the sheet. Maybe call your ob and they can recommend something.
