Can't log in on computer phone only... anyone else???

Want to change picture, but haven't been able to log in for a few months on the online site through computer, tried emailing for help but have not gotten response; not stressed, but just trying to find out if anyone else able to log in on phone but not on computer? Maybe I am doing somthing wrong?

@jellybelly1015, same thing with me. I also emailed and tagged and got no response. I amthinking maybe it has to do with not logging in for a while and now no new members can join. I have no clue and its driving me nuts.

@jodi102011 didn't think about that. Been a member for awhile, so don't know why the no new member thing would effect us, but atleast I know not alone now. Ty, I am not losing my mind!!!! Going nuts too!!!
