the castor oil i have says 'do not take internally'....help

My mum bought me some castor oil but it says I'm not suppose to ingest it but instead you should rub it on to your stomach and apply heat to it, is that on everyone or has she picked up the wrong bottle?

The oil I got says to take it orally. I've never heard of one that you rub on the belly. the bottle should say its a laxative

It say pure castor oil and underneath it says ricinus communis and underneath that it says used to relive constipation, colic and wind...then underneath that is where it says not for internal uses, rub on to your stomach and apply heat to the area

Yea I wouldn't drink it if it says not too. U could put u and baby at risk.
