Oohh noooo! Sry but it will get worse until your baby comes. When mine dropped i couldnt stand for too long or my leg would give out. Rest thats all you can do. I still have pain and emily is 2 months not saying you'll have the same prob.
I had this horrible pain too when I was only 3 months along then it went away and came back at 6 months. I am now 8 months and no sign of it yet thankfully. I did yoga religiously before i got preg and it helped and thats prob why it eventually went away. I would suggest simple leg exercises, like the clam, lay on ur side and open & close ur thigs, id say 3 sets of 10.
