approx. 3-5 weeks...

Hi ladies! Im new in here and new to pregnancy! My husbanand i finally got some positive tests after about 2 weeks of wondering if we were pregnant! Im thinking im 3-5 week, (I see a doctor tomorrow.) And i can't sleep!!! Of all the symptoms, this is by far the worst..
I was wondering what types othings you gals do to help you sleep at night? Im open to anything!!!

  • I'm also 4.5 weeks. Sometimes I'll fall asleep on the couch. It isn't ideal, but I find when I'm anxious, watching TV helps and I get sleepy enough to crash :) also, make sure you go pee before getting in bed! Even if you don't feel you need to go at the time...cause you will lol.
    I've seen people say to drink sleepytime herbal teas, but I've read that some herbal teas could be harmful! So check with your doc. Good luck!
  • I take melatonin every night to regulate my sleep cycle. It really helps.

  • Tylenol PM works wonders. Its an approved drug for pregnant women.
