@lucyloo she strains and cries:( but before she pooped really good @Mrs4c I give her both but more breast milk than formula last night she drank formula and after that feeding she started acting like that

Try bicycling her legs and rubbing her tummy before you give her anything. Also try stimulating her to poop by sticking a thermometer up a little.

Grab both feet & push them towards her belly. Also rub her belly. It works still with my 7yo!

Try doing the bicycle thing while babys in a warn bath. it can help them relax.
