poop

My little man is 2 weeks old and only poops once a day...its normal lookin poop and lots of it. Is this normal? Anyone else have this?

    Idk really, Malia is breastfed & has pooped every single day.

    Formula. He poops everyday but just once a day!

    my son doesn't poop everyday, and dr said that's fine. so long as he doesn't go 3+ days without pooping, everything's good. they recommended 1 tablespoon karo syrup in 2oz breastmilk/formula to help him go if he does go 3 days without a poop. i've only done it once; we were on day 3 and he was really cranky and it worked like a charm.

    To answer your question..yes it is normal...as long as they have one bowel movement a day, its ok. I don't have this problem, but my daughter is only 5 days old.
