BH or actual contractions?

Ok so lately I've been having these contractions that feel diff than my normal BH my belly gets really hard and my whole body like tenses up and it gets slightly difficult to breath, its not exactly painful when this happens but it is definitely something ive never felt ever with the normal BHs

That's exactly how I feel when I have bh. But these days my back hurts and I get cramps
