leaving baby support..
So I work only 3 days a week for about 5 to 8 hours each shift and my mom is the one who always watches him so I feel better about leaving him but my question is how do I get over the intense guilt feeling I feel when I leave him? And because I leave him when I work I feel like I can't leave him any other time to have me time to work out or do anything cause I just feel like I am abandoning him and not being a good mom but everyone keeps telling me I need to take care of myself in order to be the best mom I can be. So any advice or support from other moms about how to deal with the guilty feelings would be much appreciated
