leaving baby for first time

Leaving my baby at in-laws Friday night for first night apart, freaking out... Then Monday I return to work. She is eight weeks Thanksgiving day, so I know many women do this about this time frame and sooner. Any tips to checklist before I go back? What do you wish you had told caregiver? Thanks ladies!!!

I left my son for the first time when he was about 6 weeks, military reasons and I freaked out,but most grandparents know what to do just make sure you tell them how much she eats how often sleep routine if she had one bath, all that stuff. I was gone for a wk and I called every day and asked for a picture everyday lol
