Circumcision and Pedi a Sure Questions .???

1.) My son just got circumcisied today and they put the little plastic ring on it and some poop got stuck under the ring do I leave it or try to get it out I don't want to hurt him 2.) My son will be 4 weeks Friday can I give him pedia sure pain reliever and if so how much

    They didn't put a plastic ring on my son so that i don't know and pain relieved you should be able to. What's the dosing on the package? I know it doesn't give a dosing for that age but how many mg in 5 ml. I know there's usually 160mg per 5ml. I give my 6wk old daughter 1.25ml so 40mg.
