Birth control placebo pill question

Do I have to take all 4? I'm on Loestrin 24fe and I don't want to continue bleeding. I've already take two placebo pills, today would be the 3rd, buuutt I wanna just start a new pill pack. Is that okay?

    I'm taking the loestrin24fe. When do you usually start your period cause I haven't gotten it yet...

    If all of your pills are the same color, except for the last 4, then it's fine to skip the placebos. If say, they are different colors for each week, it means they have a different amount of hormones used each week, and isn't recommended for use as continuous birth control (skipping periods for a few months at a time).

    Btw, you can go longer than just a few months. Even a year is okay. :)

    U should be fine with skipping them. I was on bc pills for years and never took the placebo ones. I would just take nothing for that week

    I think its fine I been using bc for 6 yrs & always skpped the placebo pills esp if I had something to do & didn't want 2 see my friend dat month lol

    Thanks everyone! I book two out of the four placebo pills and decided to begin takin a new pack today so hopefully no weekend period next month
