While I was gone
Hey all! Sorry I've been Mia. While I was gone I had to hand over my phone bc my husband lost his job (just in time for the holidays!) I don't have Internet & the phone I was borrowing doesn't get Pregly! I got a new phone but it also won't find the Pregly app so I'm trying to figure it out!
It's been stressful bc he had a great job... And he's been very down. Not handling it well... Feeling like a loser. Trying to find another job but this town is awful and the pay stinks. Praying it's a blessing in disguise though & he finds something that will allow us to catch up or keep up AND allow for him to be home & feel like a part of the family since he was away so much!
Sometimes I wanna ship him back bc of his bad attitude but I'm trying to have patience. One major day I was trying was the 21st when we had our first dr visit! He was CRANKY and ruined the day... Made me so sad. We didn't get to hear the heartbeat, but she tried, and I did see that he was excited when hoping we would. I asked my questions and felt good about my midwife... We go back dec 12 for our 12 wk app & I know well hear baby Elmer then!!!
I've been very tired. Crampy. Feeling sick but not throwing up. And have had some "booger" moments that I actually get excited about!!! Lol hoping that all is well, just wishing my husband wasn't taken over with stress and depression so he could want to be a part of this and maybe help when I need some comfort or ask about Elmer like he used to when he was away... But inside I'm happy and thankful for this blessing and am staying strong and trying not to stress.
I hope everyone is good... Anything new over the last two weeks or so!?!??

Ugh my husband and I would love to move but with being so close to the girls it just isn't an option. I bet he could work back up in north Dakota bc some guys loved him but he just can't take missing all the little moments with his girls and with me being pregnant and all... Which apparently he's forgotten about the latter half of that comment. Lol so... He's gonna try around here first! Thanks for the luck, we sure need it!

I know it's hard but try hang in there. He is probably feeling like he is letting you and elmer down at the moment.
On a happy note, I'm so glad you are back on here. It had been awhile since I've seen you and I was getting worried!
Fingers crossed something good comes along soon! I pray the phone interview he had Monday turns in to something good.
Just gonna try to be a little more patient and a little less stubborn for a bit

@musicmomma he's applied to anything and everything. In town & out... This area stinks! Lol he also went to an employment office but it's kind if a joke bc they take such a big cut. For now he just got a side job doing siding & some other things... Praying something good comes along for sure.
He's really been trying to be a better hubby over the past few days which I'm thankful for. We at least need each other in hard times! That's all we have
