Is it a rash or just baby acne? It's on the side of her face theres some on her neck ear and on the that side of her head. Do yall have any idea of wat it might be and how I can make it go away?

    Just express a little on clean finger and dab on spots and let it air dry, they will clear up but can take a couple of weeks :)

    It is from hormones in their body that u pass on to them while pregnant.... My daighyer had it n my mama inlaw was annoying the hell out me cause of it stop kissin her so much u givin her baby acne but I asked her doc she said hormones n I kept on kissin my baby n now she has none at all....

    It looks like baby acne like everyone else said too. They have a special baby soap at Walmart for baby acne.

    I was told by my grandmother that an old(very old) remedy for baby acne was to actually use a peed babys diaper on the babys face lol dont think i will ever try that!

    My daughter has it, during feeds I wipe a little expressed milk over her whole face and it keeps clearing up then new ones come lol its making her skin nice and soft though so I keep doing it
