My son is 3 months old and the other day he was just laughing out load I was surprised and when I laugh outloud he sometimes does too but not an every day thing I think boys mature slower than girls because some 3 months old laugh a lot but mostly girls from what I have encountered....it's coming
My daughter did at 3 months but really started giggling a lot at 4-5 months. Now she's 7 months and is always laughing. She even has an evil laugh it's so cute
