Cleaning Baby Teethers

How do I clean the liquid teethers?? Im afraid to put them in the sterilizer because theyll melt. How else do I sterilize them?

lol All I see is the milton sterilizing tablets on google. But ive never heard nor used them. bd just said to run them under water?? Kind of iffy about that.
