Help with my 2 year old!!!!

So I have a 4 yr old and a 2 yr my 2 yr old likes to hit and punch I just cant get him to stop hitting my oldest ive tried many things it just doesnt seem to work any ideas ladies?

Lucky you that its only one of them. Lol. My boys are the same age and they constantly going at it.
