how soon is to soon? (to start working out)

its been 2 and a half weeks since I had my daughter and I bought the xbox with kinect and dance central 2 its a fun game but is it to soon to be doing things like that? I'm not sore or in any pain anymore, I haven't been for about a week now.

  • At 7 wks I still bleed wen I worked out. Dr told me to start slow an stop if I hurt
  • I have, very light bleeding not much at all. I did the working out yesterday and i haven't bled more yet but I'm not doing it often, I haven't worked out since probably a year or so before I even became pregnant. So I'm out of shape from that as well
  • Im only 139lbs but I don't want to "let myself go" because I had a baby. Things can be tightened again lol (thighs & tummy)
  • My dr said I could work out after two weeks. I did and I just had to take it easy but I'm getting back into my heavy lifting and I'm only three weeks pp after a c section
