First off, hello to all the mommies in the forum, hope you all have very happy holidays... now i wanted some advice

My ex had been acting like such a jerk lately so about a month a a half ago we stopped tallking, he is the father of my two oldest children and before he used to make every effort to see them, but since his new baby has been born he has brushed off my children and has not helped with what they need at all, now all of a sudden after not hearing from him, he pops up out of nowhere and demands i let him take my kids... My kids have told me that their daddy loves their little sister more and so not wish to see him... Also he has a tendency to bad mouth me on facebook whenever things dont go his way and talks bad about me to my kids.. the last time he had them he left them with his roommate to go party... Im so tired of his bs, what should i tell him?

I would tell him NO! No parent should ever bad mouth another in front of the child! That is one of the number one no no's along with taking favorites& partying instead of spending time with your children

Its so frustrating specially cause he tries to scare me with going to court and stuff, he hasnt paid child support in 3 months and the last payment was of 17 dollars!!

He isn't going to take you to court! If he was he already would have...keep doing you girl,you make the rules!

Its so funny cause the child support office has called me looking for him cause they cant get in contact with him and hes all saying that he already called them and hes asking for a court but yet he owes my kids over 1500 dollars in back child support

He is trying to scare you so you do what he wants you to do..men think they are so smart don't let him fool you
