swollen and kinda bleeding

I am 36+2 weeks and had an appointment with the ob today. Sorry if this is tmi but, my vagina is so incredibly swollen. It hurts! It hurts even when I pee. I also noticed today that I have a little blood when I wipe. My ob says it is all normal and that the blood is probably either a scratch on the outside of my vagina or the baby bumping the cervix. I know it is not from sex because that is not happening. Anyone else had this happen? Any ideas? I am a ftm and getting stressed the closer I get. Thanks!

I was swollen but didn't bleed. It hurt to even sit down!! if it gets worse I'd go back to the doctor and have then take a look at it!! good luck
