what to do when sick

I can't breath, my head is all congested, my throat is raw from coughing and I can't talk, it hurts to sneeze or blow my nose, and snot is pouring outta my nose like crazy, my head is pounding and it hurts when I breath, I obviously can't take cold medicines, any ideas on how to knock this cold out of me so I can go back to work

Drink lots of water and orange juice! Homemade chicken noodle soup always works for me too. Hope you feel better soon!

Load up on vitamin c. These packets called emergenc E are great. I usually take 4 packets at once to load up and it helps to cut my sick time in half or to knock it out before it starts..depending on when I take it.
