chest pain, short on breath, and almost blacking out. help!

My friend is pregnant and has been having chest pain, she's short on breath, and almost blacks out. Does anyone know what it could be? I was scared she could be getting a blood clot

    How far is she? She may be anemic and need iron pills.

    Dehydration would be my first thought. Then blood pressure or low blood sugar. Can she go to the doctor or er?

    She's 10 weeks. I told her she needed to go to the ER but her fiance's family thinks she's faking it

    being short of breath is common in early pregnancy since your hormone levels are so high. Maybe she's just stressed out, and that's the reason why her chest is hurting? I've went to the er several times for shortness of breath, and they never find anything. Maybe she needs to just take it easy and get an inhaler. As for the blacking out...maybe shes anemic or needs to eat smaller meals more frequently through out the day to stabilize her blood sugar.

    Could be pulmonary embolism or heart attack. She needs to go to the er immediately!!!
