Help and advice needed.

I need help! I just caught my normally chilled out 5 yr old son pinning his 7wk old brother down by his arms and putting all his weight into his hands. My back was turned for 2sec I was in the same room!!! After I shouted baillie cried longer than his baby brother did. I could tell he felt super guilty. What am I meant to do??its completly out of character.

It may have been showing he saw on tv, he is at that age where they mimic alot of things they see. He could have seen it anywhere. I would just sit him down and ask him, don't drill him though bc you could scare him (5 y/o). Then explain why things like that are not acceptable. It is a normal reaction that you yelled. Yelling seems to be a quicker reaction bc it gets the attention faster so don't be hard on yourself.
