I have the worst allergies they just started acting up yesterday and every time I sneeze I startle liam. Is there anything I can take while bfing??? I'm so miserable!
There really isn't anything unfortunately. I am BF and just got over a major head cold which I battled with our anything. Decongestants can dry up/majorly decrease your supply. I learned that the hard way lol. I took half a Benadryl and my supply went down so much for two days that my LO nursed non stop.
They do make eye drops for contact lens wearers. I use it on occasion. It does suck I know ...I was sick as a dog for a week. Maybe some of the girls here can tell you of an herbal remedy.
