Only wants milk

I'm introducin my baby to juice an water. He likes neither. He only likes my milk. Wat do I do. He can't drink jus milk forever. Any suggestions on wat I can do? Im feelin like a bad mom cuz he's soooo picky an I can't get him to like anythin. He's 4 1/2 months by the way.

If he's not interested don't force it. Try again around 6months. That's the recommended age anyways.

Would he maybe be more interested in food? When my son was a baby he would get constipated. At first he wouldn't drink juice but man he would suck down some stage 1 prunes.

I agree with @steph_due_101611 ... My baby did take it... She's now 6 months and took it yesterday. She drunk it like she hadn't had a thing to drink for days.

Only gave it to her cause Shes been constipated.

Should be right with all the baby food. But i think only certain brands make it cause i could never find it in gerber

Ask your doc, but my dr told me to put a tablespoon of prune juice in her bottle twice a day, she loves getting those 2 bottles

@preggointx yes I give hhim gerber applejuice. He don't llike it. I have to struggle wit him til he juts rejects it or eventually decides to swallow. Does ur son like it?

Ugh my baby is so picky. He hates water too. Imma try anotherjuice. I would juts give up an wait but its either juice an water or suppositories @preggointx

Have you tried warming it up a little? Sometimes because when something isnt warn enough they wont take it for that reason not because of tge flavour. The warmth will help the poop too

@tinka1326 yea I warm it up. I figured that out cuz when I didn't he made a face an spot it out. When I warm it he'll eventually drink but takes forever cuz he wants to suck but doesn't wanna swallow

I was mixing prune juice with my sons formula because he would get really constipated from the formula he was on for GERD. It was a small amount though. Is baby eating rice cereal? Perhaps like @steph_due_101611 suggested, get some stage 1 prunes and feed them plain or mix into the cereal if he's taking cereal.

Maybe try mixing the Apple juice wit the milk

@LilSugarsMomma no I jus started puttin rice n his bottle but he don't like that neither lol. I am gon try the prunes tho. But he pooped yesterday n the tub lol an today so if he gets constipated again I'll do it.

My Dr had me mix 1 tsp of prune juice to every 2 oz of formula for constipation...worked by second bottle!
