I Just Got It 2 Days Ago And Im very Impressed Its The Big Brush From Munchkin It Has A Wide Sponge And Bristles As Well As A Nipple Cleaner That Unscrews From The Bottom.It Cleans My Bottles Really Good And It Stands Up Which I Love Cuz I Didnt Wanna Get Other Germs On It.If You Dont Already Have One I Suggest You Buy One I Got Mine From Target
