Advent rewashable nursing pads....

SUCK!!!! I just bought them yesterday and put them on before bed, well I had to feed my lo and didn't want to get up and go to the living room where I usually do it so I can tandem pump. So I was laying in bed with the nursing pad and my bra on and the nursing pad completely covering my nipple/areola and feeding my lo, well when I let down it just all went down my boob and soaked my bra the nursing pad was completely dry like it had just slid off the pad as if it was plastic and meant to wick away water not cotton that's supposed to absorb! Ugh I wonder if I can take them back?!

@kristaf22 no am I supposed to?. Ilk try washing them when I get home. @devinedesign if they still don't work I'm going to go back and get those!
I've been using the nuk disposables and they work pretty well I just wanted to try and save money ugh

I got nuk washable ones I found them at meijer for 4 bucks for 3 pairs..I like them a lot! I also washed mine first.

I bought hand made bamboo ones on ebay and they are fantastic. Have been using them for about a month and I never feel wet and they always catch every last drop

Maybe look into the bamboo ones, they have ones for minimal leakage and ones that are for heavy flow, I bought the heavy flow ones. I didn't feed for 10 hours because my lo decided to sleep through and before that was feeding every 1.5-2 hours so I leaked really badly and they still held everything
