Drop ins & bfing

What did you use to store your bm in?
Did you use the plastic bags or plastic bottle/containers?

I used ziplock baggies. It was cheaper than the breast milk bags.

I used plastic containers in thet fridge and bm bags in the freezer. I have the nuk storage bags and they work well they just don't accurately tell you how much is in there so I always write it and I wash them out with soap and water and reuse them

I use the bm freezer bags for the freezer and bottles for the fridge.

How do you transfer from the frozen freezer bags to the drop ins? Im so confused

@RileyAndMe so if you know your going to freeze it then you pump into what? The freezer bags?

I just pour from whatever I pump into (either drop ins or a bottle) the freezer bags then thaw it in the bags and pour it into the bottle

Yes I have the medela pump so I can automatically pump right into a freezer bag & if I am going to put it in a bottle I pump in a medela bottle(which is for the pump) and then transfer into the drop ins. If it OS frozen..I thaw out with warm/hot water and then pour into the drop in..I use the funnel part of my pump piece so i don't spill any. I hope that helps! Lol thank you ladies:) I bought a medela pump already since I'll have to pump between classes.
@everyone if I have anymore questions I'll definitely ask you guys lol pros ^:)^

Yea I have a stock pile of the medela bags plus some lanthon(sp) ones..yea the stupid medela ones are hard to pour the milk out of so instead of trying to get it through the little hole without spilling I put the funnel in so then if some of it goes past the hole, I'm not spilling any milk. @rileyandme
