Hospital Gowns?

So I am having a planned c-section on March 1st and I was wondering if any other moms have been allowed to wear their own gowns into the OR. I've seen some cute gowns online that are exactly like the ones the hospital provide but cute with designs and flowers, etc. Would like to look a little better in the pictures with this one, I looked awful with my 1st.

Hmm im not sure but I doubt it, I think it is a sterilization issue.
