No mata wat I do I jus cnt seem 2 stay cool. My air iz on 50 n im practically naked at bedtime but im still sweatn lik crazi. I didn hve dis prblm wen I waz preggo wit my son. Iz dis norml r shuld I discuss dis wit my doctr?

Iz currently 5:05 am wea I live n da outsde temp iz 68 degrees. Im hot 4rm da moment I fall asleep 2 da moment I wake up. I feel drenchd sumtmes ugh iz so annoyn cuz I cnt really sleep due 2 me bein hot.

I know the extra blood makes us so hot but I'm not sure it should stop u.sleeping maybe write.urself.over with a wet clth when u feel ur heating up again if u think u habe fever though id take paracetamol n just talk 2 dr about the heating up.if u have a fevr n it doesnt go away make dr appt
