could this mean im pregnant?? :)

went to the gyno yesterday after a month ttc and he did an ultrasound on my ovaries and said they were producing alot of hormones. he couldn't tell if I was pregnant because I wouldnt have been the two weeks he said I would have needed to be for him to see signs of pregnancy. what does ir mean for the ovaries to be producing so much hormones? could it be a sign of my body getting ready for a pregnancy?

But he did say there were eggs in the ovaries so I guess I wouldn't have ovulated yet but im not sure how this all works.

Ovaries always have eggs in them. You don't make new ones. You're born with all the ones you will ever have.

Someone just told me they can't see hormones in an ultrasound ..the dr was probably referring to cysts which are the results of too much hormones so that kinda stinks lol I was hoping they were pregnancy hormones.

For a lot if women, ovarian cysts are a normal part of the menstrual cycle.
