help please with a baby shower

My sister is due on may 20 :)
I want to do her baby shower but I have never done one and only been to one like 3 years ago. I wantg her to have a great time
The problem I have is that she is always busy working and with her 6 year old that never made much time for friends. I don't know who to invite and really how to start the guest list. I was thinking a few of my friends know her and like her would it be ok to invite thos friends since she doesn't have many ?

    I'm just starting to plan mine with my mom and I'm inviting anyone who wants to come. Her friends are invited so I think its ok if your friends want to come why not.

    Yeah anyone she may have been friends with before.. it could be a reunion lol. I had my family, his family,family friends,friends from h.s,co workers,and anyone I haven't talked to in awhile
