Eczema ??

So I found out my 6 month old has eczema and I was wondering if anyone elses babys have it to and what they use for it? My doc prescribed a cream that we can use on him but his skin is really dry all over, I have been using creamy baby oil and that helps but his skin is still very dry.. Any suggestions?

@Mom2ING where do you find cerave? I'll have to try it.. Is it just like a lotion?

I was using aquaphor on naliyah and then started using aveeno for dry skin the fragrance free one and its working good her skin is a lot better and super soft
