Adding rice to formula

I just started adding cereal to my 4 month old sons formula yesterday. I really don't know how the measurements go so I just added 2 tablespoons to his 4 oz bottle. What is the the proper measurements for adding cereal?

Your not suppose to but. I think thats too much. Maybe 2 tsp

i have given it to my daughter for a whyel now, normally its about how you did. but i go by if it can still come out o the nipple easy and the baby is good with it then your good. btu at 4 month's u can try it off a spoon rather then a bottle.

I seen on a video at wic yesterday that when you spoon feed them you give them an oz for every oz of formula. But in a bottle I get a tiny baby spoonful for every 2-3 oz... don't make it too thick though. two tablespoons sound like too much to me.
