Is it normal?
I have been healing pretty well after having my daughter. It has been 19 days since I have had my daughter. I had to get three sticths because I torn alittle bit. My bleeding is to a light pink and light brown color in the amount of less then a teaspoon at times. I have a odor down there that smells alittle stronger than period smell but on Monday my doctor said that can be normal with a prolonged time of bleeding then a period is. And where my stitches are alittle on and off slight sting. No adnoraml colored discharge. And cramping pain in my back that has not gone away for a couple hours now that tylenol, a heating pad, and flexall did not help and cramping pain that comes and goes in the front. I called the nurse's station at the hosptial and told the nurse all this but that I didn't have a fever and that I was still changing my pads often and using the pedi bottle to clean down there and if I should come in to get check and if I was getting a infection down there whether bladder, yeast, or tract infection. Or an infection at my stitches area. She said it sounded normal. That the slight sting at the stitches sight was normal, my discharge sounded noraml, and even the smell. That if I was not having an fever or adnormal colored discharge it sounded like that I was doing fine. And the back and front pain and cramping feeling sounds like I could be getting my period or feeling myself oval. But I thought that you couldn't get a period while breastfeeding ? The nurse said normaly you don't get a period while breastfeeding but it can happen or I am feeling myself oval. Is this normal? Can this happen while breastfeeding? Still going in torommow to see my doctor in case. Help PLEASE!
