convertible car seats

I need to get my LO a new car seat. He is only 3 months, but he hates traveling in the infant car seat. He needs more room since he is already 15 pounds and has pretty broad shoulders. What do you ladies have, recommend, hate?? We travel/drive alot and I'm looking for something with alot of padding for comfort, but safety comes first!

ive been thinkin about gettin naliyah one too cause she hates her infant one and shes trying to sit up already so shes been trying to sit up in her car seat

My sister gave me one for Juliana and let's just say car rides are MUCH more enjoyable now! She used to throw a fit in the car and now actually likes being in the car!

My dad got Mia a Costco one.. it doesn't fit in my car for the rear facing set up.. but it looks comfy!
